Every step of the coating process is controlled through menu-driven software with your exact parameters programmed in.

We maintain tight process and quality control to assure coating thickness, hardness and adhesion.

Your tools can be coated with a thickness of 1 to 5µm and we can handle part sizes up to 1000mm x 700mm.
